At Academic Dress Hire we have a commitment to meet our obligations to our customer’s privacy and we seek to protect our customer’s data.  Only Academic Dress Hire staff, our assigned auditors, or IT support have access to our business information and we retain customer data purely to enable us to meet customer needs. We believe our privacy policy meets the needs of our customers and our legal obligations, but if for any reason our customers feel that their privacy needs are not being met, we encourage them to contact us via e-mail and notify us of their concerns.

Confidentiality Agreement:

Academic Dress Hire collect only the information we require in order to meet your academic dress hire needs and this is electronically filed should there be a customer query or where a customer wishes to replicate a hire in the future. Personal details including contact addresses and credit card details are kept confidential at all times or deleted from our system at regular periods.

We take responsibility to ensure customer details are kept as private and secure as we possibly can. We utilise the expertise of website developers and specialists to enable us to keep our data and site secure. We cannot be held liable for any unexpected security breaches as sophisticated methods evolve over time. We have a process for reviewing security with our website developers on a regular basis.

Academic Dress Hire uses a secure credit card facility ( DPS Payment Express) to process transactions and none of the customer’s card details are stored on the server that hold the Academic Dress Hire website.
