Entry is open to all customers of ADH who have hired or purchased and paid for their regalia, except employees of ADH, their families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
Entry is limited to one per Eligible Entrant.
ADH may check that entries are valid and can disqualify any entrant for anyone that breaches these terms and conditions.
The prize draw will be conducted within a week of last graduation day for each eligible institute. Winners will be notified by phone.
By entering the competition you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be taken as cash (except for refund of regalia hire. Unfortunately we cannot refund if purchased).
ADH is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
In the event of any dispute, ADH’s decision is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances ADH can substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
ADH reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend this promotion at any time.
