Items can be exchanged if needed
DELIVERY - recommend to eliminate queues and parking issues.
- Your order will be packed and couriered on an overnight courier at least 1 week prior to the date of your ceremony.
- You will be sent a tracking number by email and txt message, once your order has been picked up by the courier. If you do not receive a message, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please allow plenty of time due to potential queues and parking issues.

RETURNS - please include your invoice number and full name
All hired regalia is due back within 5 business days of your ceremony date.
Please return on time and in good condition to avoid late fees and/or replacement or repair cost
If you have a prepaid return ticket, drop off at your nearest NZ Post shop or use link to book a pick up with NZ Post;
