Delivery / Collection / Return

Receiving your regalia order: 

Depending on when your graduation ceremony is, your regalia will be available for delivery by courier approximately 2 weeks prior to your ceremony day (with instructions on how to wear everything), or it may be available for pick up within 3 days of the ceremony. 

Information will either be on your invoice, or will be emailed closer to your ceremony day.

Returning your regalia: 

All regalia must be returned by the date stated on your invoice (or will be emailed to you closer to your ceremony day).  Options for return: 
  • Return by prepaid courier
  • Take your regalia to the post office and send to 17 George St, Newmarket, Auckland
  • Drop-off to our store in Newmarket, Auckland

Normal opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday            8.30am to 5.00pm


  • Academic Dress Hire, 17 George Street, Newmarket (off Carlton Gore Road) Auckland, 1023.
