Otago Polytechnic November Graduation

Congratulations to Otago Polytechnic students who will be graduating on Friday 16 November 2018.  We're looking forward to helping you look your best on graduation day.

All collections and returns are at Academic Dress Hire - 17 George Street (off Carlton Gore Road), Newmarket, Auckland.

PICKUP

Note: Anyone can collect your regalia. They need to know your height and head circumference in centimeters, your Student ID number and qualification. Please print and bring your invoice when collecting and returning regalia.

RETURN 

Please return regalia by Tuesday 20 November by 6:00pm. (as per our Terms and Conditions).

Note: Anyone can return your regalia on your behalf. They'll need to know your name and Student ID number to return regalia for you. 

Another option to return is go to a post office and post your regalia back or courier it back before the last date and time stated above then you must email us your tracking number to reception@academicdresshire.co.nz to avoid paying a late fee.

Note: Replacement costs will be charged for any lost, damaged or soiled items of academic dress.  The replacement value of a full set of Otago Polytechnic academic dress is $1000.
Academic dress can be collected and returned on your behalf by friends or family members.  However, the responsibility for safe return of academic dress is still yours.
