If you are graduating from AUT on Friday 15th December 2017 we wish you congratulations from the Team at Academic Dress Hire for your outstanding achievement.  We're looking forward to helping you look your best on graduation day.

We do a personalized fitting with everyone at the time they collect, which just takes a few minutes to do. Learn more about the fitting process here

No appointment is necessary, and if you bring your printed invoice you will receive express service when collecting and returning. Click here for parking and transport information if possible, please carpool as street parking is limited during this busy end of year time, with high volumes of students collecting and returning regalia.  Free parking is available in the Auckland domain, a short 2 minute walk from our front door

All collections and returns are at Academic Dress Hire - 17 George Street, Parnell, Auckland.  We will be open at the following times for Collection & Fitting and Returning of regalia:

Wednesday 13th December 2017 8:00am – 7:00pm
Thursday 14th December 2017 8:00am - 7:00pm
Friday 15th December 2017 8:00am - 4:30pm
Note: Anyone can collect your regalia. They need to know your height and head circumference in centimeters, your Student ID number and qualification. Please print and bring your invoice when collecting and returning regalia.

Friday 15th December 2017 12 noon - 4:30pm
Monday 18th December 2017 8:00am - 7:00pm

You must return regalia by Monday 18th December 2017 by 7:00pm to avoid late fees and/or replacement or damage costs as explained in full in our Terms and Conditions below.  Anyone can return your regalia on your behalf.  They'll need to know your name and Student ID number to return regalia for you.
Ask our staff if you'd like to purchase a PREPAID COURIER BOX to send regalia back, starting from $12.00

Returns and Late Fees
You agree to return the regalia in good condition, otherwise you agree that you will be charged the following fees:
1. Late fees at the original hire rate per every day late; and/or
2. Damage fees at the cost of repairing the item; and/or
3. Replacement fees at the cost of replacing the item.
The replacement and late fees for any items not returned will be forwarded to a debt collection agency seven days after the final reminder being sent to you.
You agree that if any charges are passed on to a Debt collection agency you will be liable for their fees and recovery costs.
Cancellations and charges
There is a service charge of $10.00 for a cancelled order.
If you cancel your booking, it will be done at least one week before your ceremony, otherwise you will not be refunded your payment.
Where a dispute arises out of the hire and/or return of regalia, you agree to advise Academic Dress Hire of this dispute within seven days of it occurring. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute, you agree that Academic Dress Hire may refer this dispute to the Disputes Tribunal for resolution.
Purchase of Regalia
All payments for regalia are completely non-refundable upon purchase.
Loss or Damage 
Whilst ADH will use its best efforts to ensure that the regalia it hires will not cause loss or damage to the hirers clothing, ADH is not liable for any loss or damage to the hirers clothing of any kind, whether arising directly or indirectly out of the hireage of the regalia.By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you have inspected the regalia, and are satisfied with the condition that the regalia is in.You have agreed to ADH's Terms and Conditions at
