No appointment is necessary, and if you bring your printed invoice you will receive express service when collecting and returning. Click here for parking and transport information

We will be open at the following times for Collection & Fitting and Returning of regalia:

COLLECTION AND FITTING TIMES FOR YOUR REGALIA - PLEASE READ
 

Thursday 9th February	8:30am - 4:30pm
Friday 10th February	8:30am - 4:30pm

Note: Anyone can collect regalia for you. They will need to know your sizes - your height and head circumference in centimetres your order number and your qualification.
 
WHEN TO RETURN REGALIA - PLEASE READ

Monday 13th February	8:30am – 4:30pm
Tuesday 14th February	8.30am - 6:00pm

Please return your regalia no later than 6:00pm on Tuesday 14th February 2017 to avoid paying a late fee starting from $20.00, which will increase until the Regalia is returned. Anyone can return on your behalf. Ask our staff if you'd like to purchase a PREPAID COURIER BOX to send regalia back, starting from $12.00.
