Prepaid Returns Service - How it works
1. Buy a prepaid return box
2. After graduation pack your regalia in the box
3. Call NZ Couriers on 0800 800841 to collect the box
4. We email you to confirm we got the box
After graduation is over you can courier your regalia back instead of dropping it off in person. You can purchase one of 3 boxes which include postage, these come with a pre-printed return label with a trackable postage ticket and your details are pre-printed on them.
There are 3 different options depending on your where you will courier regalia back from:
- $12.00 for a prepaid, pre-addressed tracked return postage box to courier back from within the Auckland area. Please check the zone link to see if you fall within the Auckland area for this offer Click to see Across Town zone.
- $17.00 for a prepaid, pre-addressed tracked return postage sent from anywhere in the North Island outside of the Across Town Auckland area
- $34.00 for a prepaid, pre-addressed tracked return courier sent from South Island.
