We do a personalized fitting with everyone at the time they collect, which just takes a few minutes to do. Learn more about the fitting process here
No appointment is necessary, and if you bring your printed invoice you will receive express service when collecting and returning. Click here for parking and transport information
Note: Anyone can collect regalia for you. They will need to know your sizes - your height and head circumference in centimeters, your order number and your qualification.
Please return your regalia no later than 6:00pm on Tuesday 29th November 2016 to avoid paying a $20 late fee which will increase each week until the Regalia is returned. Anyone can return on your behalf. Ask our staff if you'd like to purchase a PREPAID COURIER BOX to send regalia back, starting from $12.00.
