No appointment is necessary, and if you bring your printed invoice you will receive express service when collecting and returning. Click here for parking and transport information

Someone else can collect for you, they will need to know your height and head circumference in centimeters.

***Please note that we will not be open for business on Saturday 14th February, so please plan to be available at the above times, or arrange for someone to collect for you, they will need to tell us your height and head circumference in centimeters to help with sizes.

Return Times

Monday 16th February 2015	8:30am - 4:30pm
Tuesday 17th February 2015	8:30am - 6:00pm

***Any regalia returned after 6:00pm on Tuesday 17th February will result in a late fee being charged.  

Once again, someone can return regalia on your behalf, and we will issue a receipt to them to confirm the return.  Alternatively you can purchase a prepaid courier return box from as little as $9.00, feel free to ask our staff about this when your regalia is collected.
