We do a personalized fitting with everyone at the time they collect, which just takes a few minutes to do. Learn more about the fitting process here

Monday 25th July           8:00am - 4:30pm
Tuesday 26th July          8:00am - 6:00pm
Wednesday 27th July     8:00am - 7:00pm
Thursday 28th July         8:00am - 7:00pm
Friday 29th July              8:00am - 4:30pm

Anyone can pick up for you, they'll need to know your height and head circumference in centimeters, and your order number.

Regalia returned after 7:00pm on Wednesday 3rd August will incur a $20.00 late fee.  You can buy a prepaid courier return box to send regalia back starting from $12.00 incl GST.
